How to Clean Your FIM Umbrella

Keeping your FIM umbrella clean is very easy! Because your umbrella has Sunbrella fabric, it stays pretty all by itself. But if it gets a little dirty, just follow these simple steps.

For a Quick Clean:

1. Brush off the dirt: Use a soft brush to sweep away any dust or leaves.
2. Use water and soap: Mix some cool water with a little bit of mild dish soap.
3. Scrub gently: Use a sponge or a soft brush to wash the fabric.
4. Rinse it well: Use your garden hose to wash all the soap away.
5. Let it dry: Open the umbrella and let the sun dry it. Never put it in a dryer!

For Bigger Messes:

If your umbrella has a big stain or green spots, don't worry! Sunbrella is very tough. You can use a tiny bit of bleach mixed with soap and water to clean it. It won't hurt the color! Let the soapy water sit for 15 minutes, then rinse it off with your hose.

Taking Care of the Frame:

• Wipe the Metal: Use a wet cloth to wipe the metal parts. It will keep the colors looking shiny and new.

Inside the box, you will find a set of easy instructions. They use simple steps to show you exactly what to do. You won’t need many tools, and it won't take a long time. You will have your umbrella standing tall and looking great in no time!

Do you live nearby? If you bought your umbrella from our local store, just ask us for help! For a small fee, we can come to your house and install it for you. We will do all the heavy lifting and setup while you just relax.

Sometimes an umbrella doesn't fit your yard quite like you thought it would. At My Outdoor Room, you can return your umbrella within 30 days. We make it very easy for you!

The umbrella must still look brand new. This means:

• No dirt or grass stains on the fabric.
• No scratches or marks on the metal.
• No signs of wear or damage.

If it still looks as good as the day you got it, we will happily help you out.

Sending it Back

If you decide to return your umbrella, you will need to pay for the shipping to send it back to our store. Once it arrives and we see that it is still in perfect shape, we will take care of the rest.
