Where do you ship?
We ship to most populated regions in Ontario from our warehouse, and across the Maritimes straight from our Shediac location. If you’re elsewhere in Canada, reach out — we can get a shipping quote for you.
How long will my order take?
We deliver in-stock chairs usually same day! (call for current inventory) For custom or made-to-order pieces (FIM umbrellas 2-weeks, Frankford 3-weeks, or Krahn furniture up to 4 weeks) — worth the wait, promise.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You can pick up from our Shediac, NB showroom — we’ll even help load it up.

What makes your outdoor furniture different?
We focus on comfort and durability first — using recycled poly, 316 stainless steel hardware, and UV-resistant finishes that stand up to Canadian weather.
Is your furniture really maintenance-free?
Yep. Just a quick rinse once in a while. No sanding, staining, or swearing required.
What are your cushions or fabric options?
We use Sunbrella® performance fabrics on our deep seating — fade-resistant, easy to clean, and perfect for our 4-season climate.
Umbrellas & Shade
Are your umbrellas strong enough for wind?
They’re built for it. Brands like FIM and Frankford have great wind ratings and use commercial-grade frames and marine-grade fabrics designed for coastal breezes. However, you should always close your umbrella in high wind situations.
What kind of base do I need?
Match the base weight to your umbrella size — and yes, we’ve got you covered. Check our Umbrella Base Collection for the perfect fit. Or give us a call, we'd love to help you find the right base for your umbrella!
Do your umbrellas need special care?
Not much — keep them closed in heavy wind, and give the fabric a quick hose-down now and then. More details are available under Care & Cleaning in the product descriptions.
Fireplaces & Fuel
Do Le Feu fireplaces make smoke or need a chimney?
No smoke, no chimney, no installation. Just real flame and cozy atmosphere without the mess.
What fuel do they use?
Bioethanol fuel — a clean-burning renewable fuel you can buy at most hardware stores or order online in Canada.
Is bioethanol safe indoors?
Yes. It burns clean with no toxic fumes. Just use in a well-ventilated space and follow the safety instructions.
Returns & Warranty
What if something arrives damaged?
Take a photo and contact us right away — we’ll make it right. We stand behind our products like family does.
Do your products have a warranty?
Absolutely. Most lines include multi-year warranties on materials and hardware. Specific details are listed on each product page.
Care & Maintenance
Can I leave my furniture outside in winter?
Yes and no — our Krahn poly and stainless-steel builds are famous for surviving Canadian winters without storage. For aluminum furniture and others with cushions and fabric, they should be brought in or stored in the winter.
How do I clean my furniture?
Poly furniture: Mild soap, warm water, and a soft brush. For a deep clean, use a 50/50 vinegar solution or rubbing alcohol. For all other types, please see product description or use the manufactures recommended cleaning practices.
