The Big C340 Patio Umbrella

This is our biggest umbrella in this series. It is very wide and covers a lot of space. It has a strong metal frame that comes in brown or silver. This umbrella is built to last a long time. It is perfect for a big deck or patio.
People have loved this umbrella for 25 years. It is very easy to use. You can open and close it by turning a simple crank handle. It moves smoothly and safely every time.
The umbrella can spin all the way around in a circle. It can also tilt to the side. This keeps you in the shade all day long, even when the sun starts to go down.
The fabric tops are made in Canada. We use special Sunbrella fabric. It is the best fabric in the world! The colors stay bright and do not fade in the sun. It is very strong and easy to clean. The edges look neat and stay strong because they are sewn with care.

How to Clean Your FIM Umbrella
Keeping your FIM umbrella clean is very easy! Because your umbrella has Sunbrella fabric, it stays pretty all by itself. But if it gets a little dirty, just follow these simple steps.
For a Quick Clean:
- Brush off the dirt: Use a soft brush to sweep away any dust or leaves.
- Use water and soap: Mix some cool water with a little bit of mild dish soap.
- Scrub gently: Use a sponge or a soft brush to wash the fabric.
- Rinse it well: Use your garden hose to wash all the soap away.
- Let it dry: Open the umbrella and let the sun dry it. Never put it in a dryer!
For Bigger Messes:
If your umbrella has a big stain or green spots, don't worry! Sunbrella is very tough. You can use a tiny bit of bleach mixed with soap and water to clean it. It won't hurt the color! Let the soapy water sit for 15 minutes, then rinse it off with your hose.
Taking Care of the Frame:
- Wipe the Metal: Use a wet cloth to wipe the metal parts. It will keep the colors looking shiny and new.

Your umbrella will ship straight to your doorstep. It usually comes in one or two boxes. The boxes are made to keep everything safe and sound inside while they travel to you.

Inside the box, you will find a set of easy instructions. They use simple steps to show you exactly what to do. You won’t need many tools, and it won't take a long time. You will have your umbrella standing tall and looking great in no time!
We Can Help!
Do you live nearby? If you bought your umbrella from our local store, just ask us for help! For a small fee, we can come to your house and install it for you. We will do all the heavy lifting and setup while you just relax.

Return policy
Changed your mind? No problem!
Sometimes an umbrella doesn't fit your yard quite like you thought it would. At My Outdoor Room, you can return your umbrella within 30 days. We make it very easy for you!
The umbrella must still look brand new. This means:
- No dirt or grass stains on the fabric.
- No scratches or marks on the metal.
- No signs of wear or damage.
If it still looks as good as the day you got it, we will happily help you out.
Sending it Back
If you decide to return your umbrella, you will need to pay for the shipping to send it back to our store. Once it arrives and we see that it is still in perfect shape, we will take care of the rest.
